Three years ago, our family had the joy of meeting the most amazing little girl named Jenny. She is full of life and laughter despite the circumstances in her life. Jenny was born to two biological parents who were unable to care for her. One night, Jenny was dropped off at her new foster home with nothing but the clothes on her back.

Every day in Florida, children are removed from their homes because of issues like neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Children who are removed from an unsafe home often experience confusion, trauma, and fear. Many of these kids remain in the foster system because their parents cannot care for them. We have watched Jenny bounce back and forth from her biological parents to her foster parents for all three years of her short life.

With Jenny in our hearts, we decided to create Together We Shall Love Florida, a non-profit organization that serves to love and support children in the foster care program in the state of Florida. We wanted to use our talents and energies to serve these kids and make a difference in their lives. Through Together We Shall Love Florida, we will be joining other foster groups to provide basic necessities to children and families in the foster program.
